We are a trade association affiliated with bar and restaurant establishments throughout the Tampa Bay area. We offer full-time and part-time placement according to your location, availability, experience and preference. Full benefits packages are availible to all members. We are an agency created by bartenders for bartenders. We've been in the bar business for over 30 years and are a licensed employment agency.
For those individuals who are not experienced or those who are looking to build their bartending career, we offer a wide range of clients seeking entry level as well as experienced bartenders.
You do not have to go to Bartending School to work as a Bartender!
Once your membership is active we offer a variety of agency services. We accommodate our clients' needs with your confidence and abilities. Our agency will pre screen all members for knowledge of alcohol, precise pouring, mixology and proper bar etiquette.
